Epoxy Metal Clamp is a repair system that is designed for the Strengthening of offshore or onshore pipelines. The repair system consists of two half steel clamps, extending approximately one and a half diameter, from both ends of the through wall defect features. The sleeve halves are oversized in relation to the pipeline outer diameter, thus providing an annulus of approximately 25 mm between the internal clamp and the pipeline. The steel clamp halves and segments are bolted together providing the following benefits:
